The Jane Goodall Institute of Singapore and students of the National Institute of Education (GESL Group 10), in conjunction with the Singapore Botanic Gardens’ 150th Anniversary will be staging a concert that is open to the public on 5 June 2009 in order to raise awareness of global conservation.
The concert, that expects a turnout of 2000 people, aims to spread the message of conservation to the public and the youth in particular, and will feature world-renown primatologist and founder of the Jane Goodall Institute, Dr. Jane Goodall as the guest keynote speaker. The event will also feature short student-produced plays and competitions as well as family-oriented fringe activities.
In honour of the evening, we would like to cordially invite you to the Green Generation Concert! You are free to bring your own picnic food, water bottle, a comfortable mat and an umbrella lest it rains (the show will go on rain or shine!). See you there!
