Singapore's frogs and toads come in a wonderful variety of shapes, sizes and colours. Each species communicates with its own unique calls, speaking different languages. As amphibians have a very thin skin and require clear, clean water to survive and breed, they are most vulnerable to any drastic alterations of their habitats and the weather patterns. Hence, the current predictions of climate change may severely affect their long term survival.
Let's spend some time to understand them better and learn how we can save them from extinction.
Come join us, as our guest speaker Dr Leong shares his in-depth knowledge of the different frogs in Singapore. No matter whether you share a love for frogs or are interested in knowing more on the biodiversity in Singapore, do join us for an exciting and fun-filled session.
Suitable for children 5 to 12 years.
