The secondary forest stretch from Rifle Range to Jelutong Tower promises tantalising sightings of many forest butterflies. The height of butterfly action can be experienced when the area's trees bloom, which will take place right around our walk. Seldom-seen species like the Striped Black Crow, Common Tree Nymph, Banded Yeoman, Royal Assyrian and many more rarer denizens may be encountered in a feeding frenzy. Join KC and Amy Tsang in their quest for the ultimate treasure - the elusive Yellow Banded Awl skipper.
Time: 9.30am-12noon. meet at the end of Rifle Range Road.
