Volunteer for a day at the ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre (AWRC) and make a difference for wildlife.Help is needed with the following tasks:
• Cutting grass (shears needed, please bring your own).
• Weeding (gardening gloves needed, please bring your own).
• Watering plants.
• Pruning the nature garden (sweet potato and tapioca).
• General cleaning around the centre.
Things to bring:
- Your own food (Vegetarian only please!).
- Gardening gloves.
- Cloth/rags for cleaning and old newspapers.
- Garden scissors and shears.
- Trash bags.
