Come to HortPark every Tuesday evening and laugh your way to a healthier you with Laughter Yoga, the latest health craze around the world. Experienced trainer and speaker, Ms Zaibun Siraj, will lead a unique workout that blends different forms of 'tension-releasing' laughter and breathing exercises.
Each weekly session will not be longer than 20 minutes. So simple - you don't need to change into your exercise gear. So enjoyable - it's held in the fresh green outdoors. Most importantly, you will feel energized and relaxed after the session.
There is certainly some truth in the saying "LAUGHTER is the best medicine"...
