The Chinese Year of the Water Snake has arrived. Come observe Singapore’s very own water snakes at Pasir Ris mangrove boardwalk. Expect to see the Dog-faced Water Snake that mostly emerges at night. If we are lucky, we might spot three rarer estuarine species: the Cantor’s, Crab-eating and Gerard’s Water Snakes. Kids will get to examine preserved specimens and snake moults as well as learn more about our slithery friends.
