16 Mar (Sat): Guided Walk of Chinatown Heritage Tree Trail

Located in the Central region of the city, Chinatown is the largest historic district in Singapore and is home to several Heritage Trees.
Join us on a tour around the area to get up close with the Bodhi Tree (Ficus religiosa), a tree closely associated with Hinduism and Buddhism, and learn about a native mango, the Binjai (Mangifera caesia), which produces curious potato-like fruit. Find out the fascinating stories behind these Heritage Trees as well as the interesting plants in the area!
