When was the last time you stopped to take a closer look at a butterfly, a sparrow or listened appreciatively to the toad croaking after a heavy rain? We are surrounded by nature but unless we learn to appreciate their existence and put in measures to safeguard the natural ecosystem, we stand to lose all of it one day, sooner than we think... HortPark's Butterfly Garden, with an enclosure showcasing more than 200 butterflies each month, was set up to promote the conservation message. Come with an open heart and find out from this talk how you too can do your part towards the conservation of our very own natural heritage.
