The Open House incorporates the annual Istana Art Event 2010, which includes the Arts & Heritage Village where families can enjoy fun-filled art activities and a specially created art installation.
Visitors will also be entertained by performances by the SAF Music and Drama Company, PA Talents and Dance Ensemble, as well as bands from the Swiss Cottage Secondary School and Nan Hua High School.
There will also be an exhibit of Falabella miniature horses by Wildlife Reserves Singapore.
Admission is free for Singaporeans and Singapore permanent residents. Other visitors must pay a $1 fee each. Entrance to the grounds will be via the main gate on Orchard Road.
Selected function rooms with displays of gifts presented to the President and Prime Minister by foreign dignitaries can be viewed for a fee of $2.All proceeds from entrance fees and the sale of Istana souvenirs will be donated to charity.

Charges: Admission to the Istana grounds is free for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents. Others, including foreign visitors, are required to pay an entrance fee of $1 per person.
