Mr Chris Shepherd (Senior Programme Officer for TRAFFIC) shares with his experiences working at TRAFFIC Southeast Asia.
He will talk about the regional trade in wildlife, from a conservation of biodiversity perspective. Chris will emphasize Singapore’s role, and how the wildlife trade facilitates the proliferation of invasive species into Singapore’s parks and nature reserves.
There will be a chance to ask Chris questions about the trade in endangered species in the region, and about his sometimes dangerous work as an undercover agent.
The talk is free. All are welcome.
