22 Mar (Sat): Recycling at Seletar Part II for kids: making toys

A workshop about giving your old stuff a new twist. Bring along old cloth (i.e. old clothes, bedsheets…), as well as other small objects such as buttons, beads, thread, broken zips, you name it!.

In this second workshop, open to older children too (from 12 years old), make a soft toy from all that recycled material, a truely one-of-a-kind, pre-loved one.
The artist-in-residence, Isabelle, provides tools including a sewing machine, additional material and (some) expertise to help you put together your own new object.

Drop in to see what everyone is doing and getting ideas for your old stuff at home, or register to get a seat and help to creat your own object.

Time: 10am-12pm.
Fees: $30. Limited to 5 participants. Play along, bring your own material, RECYCLED ONLY.
Venue: Isadora’s Workshop, 5 Hay Market, Seletar Camp.
